Projects and images

All drawings, photographs and texts on this site are shown with the permission of the clients and photographers involved. They remain the property of their owners. You may share links to any page, but you may not download, copy or reuse the images without written permission.

Enquiries

Sending an email does not create a contract. Every project is confirmed separately, in writing, with its own terms, budget and schedule.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Milan.

We collect as little as possible, and only what we need to reply to you.

What we collect

When you write to us by email, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your project. We do not collect anything else about you.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan the project. We never sell your details or share them with anyone outside the studio, and we never add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted after twelve months. Details for projects we work on are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Write to hello@dariocastelli.test and we will reply within thirty days.

This site uses as few cookies as possible.

Cookies we use

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site works without any cookies at all.
